Excellent! Faith met our group and stayed with us throughout our stay to service our needs. She’s lovely! Annette took care of the breakfast bar like a pro. Rooms were nice. Thanks to all.

I was on vacation with my son and extended family whole on a bus trip . We stayed at Springhill Suites Cincinnati . Wonderful experience from the time we arrived until we checked out . Clean and extremely comfortable spacious rooms and amazing friendly staff . The continental breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from . We definitely would not hesitate to stay there again .

Wonderful hotel and rooms. Location is very noisy from the traffic on the freeway. Other than that, I have no complaints.

You got it right with this team! My family was greeted the second we walked through the door. Check in was fast and easy. Houseman was even courteous on the way up to the room! Room was clean and presentable. Television acted up during our stay but it was the network not the hotel and the front desk did a good job communicating. Breakfast was well stocked and ready on time with a new items each day. More than once the room next door let the kids run wild for a short period but we called the front desk and it was handled immediately. The grounds are well maintained and restaurants are all very close by. Plenty of parking, easy access to the expressway. Parks and movie theaters. Walmart and target. Meyers and a Kroger that I wouldn’t recommend. All and all the staff here made us feel like we were at a resort. Excellent job to the management team who you can tell actually communicate with one another because of the personal care we experienced. I really appreciate such expert service from a top tier group. Because of this stay very stay we made the decision to become reward members! You all deserve to be rewarded for your service and professionalism! 205

I'm wondering why it'srated only a 2 star hotel. Came here with a tour group out of Baltimore. Check in was quick and easy. Our luggage was brought to our rooms. Front desk manager, Faith, and her team was very inviting. The suites were clean, well stocked and a little spacious. Outside, the grounds are well kept. Plenty of luggage carts. I really like it here. Two setbacks though. No ATM and no potatoes at the continental breakfast. All in all, I'd come back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is conveniently located near a major freeway, with a Cracker Barrel restaurant just behind it, an easy walk to dinner. Breakfast: lots of offerings with eggs and a meat daily as well as another breakfast dish (sausage croissants one day, jalapeno souffle another, sausage biscuits another). Also a waffle station, and the usual fruits, yogurt cereal. Rooms: My room was quite cramped with so much furniture squeezed in that it was difficult to walk around without banging into something. Little drawer space for clothing storage if you are staying a few days. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was very heavy, difficult for a weaker/older person to slide. Refrigerator did not work at all and was not repaired while we were there. It also seemed to be leaking onto the carpeted flooring. Beds were queen-size and very comfortable. The manager was very present, wanted to ensure the guests had a great stay. Overall, I'd stay again but ensure that I had a different room. I understand some of the rooms were larger and one even had a bath and a half in it. My room wasn't really small, but with a large coffee station, desk and chair, sofa, tv on a stand and two queen beds squeezed in, it was tight. Perhaps even rearranging the furniture would have helped some. You could barely walk between end of beds and where tv & bathroom were. Double beds would have fit better in that spot.

We were traveling through a snowstorm and stopped for the night here. They were able to set up a pack n play for us before we arrived, this helped us relax for the evening with our grandson

Hotel is a little older, but mostly well updated. The elevators are showing their age, as well as the bathtub in the rooms. But beyond those the rooms were very well updated and appointed. Large studio with a king bed and a large sofa in the sitting area. Odd entrance to the hotel lot, you need to go through the parking lot of a restaurant, which looks recently closed
